day one of the week from hell
i just learned today that lela mcknight never sent off my ithaca or furman applications that i gave to her before thanksgiving break. as if i don't have enough on my plate as it is.
other than that, i'm not exactly stressed...yet.
braden has strep throat, so we can't exactly talk for awhile. and his internet's acting up. i'm starting to realize now how attached i am to him.
i'm fucking sick of ppl insulting my horn playing. see, there's a reason why i'm not applying to any major conservatories. and i'm perfectly content with being a band director, unlike those of you who think it's a waste of talent and time. i'm not jason ward or david smith, quit comparing my playing to theirs and how much better they are than me. trust me,i do know that, no matter what i do, i'll never be able to fill their shoes.
*note : this above bit only goes out to like a very few people. there are plenty of you amazing kids still left out there that aren't like this.
