quite possibly dying. haven't kept a sip of water or anything down in days now. dropping weight like mad. at this rate i'll be down to 2 digits in about 3 days. hunger is eating away at me like i've never experienced before. hurts to breathe. chest pains when i lay on my left side. head weighs a zillion pounds and throbs like hell. room won't stop
