natalie pont is the best girlfriend I'VE ever had....
natty told me a pretty funny story today-thanks babe, it pretty much made my day. too bad those people didn't go to dexter. that would've made it a little bit better. but someone wise once told me that you couldn't swim in a town this shallow... which is so true that it just sticks in my mind. and yet, sometimes i feel like im drowning in it. i have yet to figure out what that's all about.
so this morning at work i was outside washing tablezzzz & katie was outside on her break talking to the guy w/ a super pimped-out hummer. (alex- **SIGH**, okay, so the hummer really wasn't mine. i'm sorry for lying. but i was just embarrassed & i needed something that would be able to compare to your super-sweet minivan.) so anyways where was i?... oh yeah so mike leaves & after finishing my cleaning duties i notice some customers approaching. i go to open the door so that i can help them & i realize that it's locked. i look at katie, & she just gives me her good ol' "SHUT UP!" and i thought she was just messing w/ me & she really did have a key. after a few milliseconds of this, i realize that we are locked out. yes, mike decided to lock the door when he left.....???.... i dunno, i don't understand boss logic much. (i don't THINK this decision made him a whole lot of money...?) well, luckily we had unlocked one of the front windows- OH YES. katie climbed through the little sliding window. i seriously didn't think it was physically possible. she almost talked me into climbing in at first, but the customers were giving us funny looks (obviously) & i still didn't think it was possible at this point. & i didn't feel like getting stuck in one of the windows at dairy queen. the day continued & turned out to be somewhat uneventful. until natty's story. then all past events were stirred up again. haha. THE END.
basically the whole point of this story was that this experience brought me one step closer to believing that nothing's impossible.
