So far Tyler and I have had a good time in München! It has been easy to get around. We have not used any public transportation so far, just going on foot! We went on a 3 hour free walking tour of the city today and that was really great, I don't think we would have seen so much of the city without it! We went to a tiny little joint afterward with our guide and group that had unlimited Bavarian stew and beer for 7EUR and I had 2 bowls. The night before we ate at a little hole-in-the-wall type place called Funkstadl and had a delicious meal. We probably walked at least 10 miles today. We saw most of Marienplatz and learned a lot of interesting history. München is a really great city! I'm glad we chose to come here! Everyone has been very welcoming about speaking to us in English and we've used a bit of German. Tomorrow we go on a tour of the concentration camp, Dachau. I'm looking forward to seeing all of that. And now for the pictures from today! Click on any to make them bigger!
