See what negativity brings
So all my bitching and moaning about my photobook was dumb. It turns out I forgot to check the email address that I gave to them. They sent me a support letter days ago, telling me that they were out of the blue covers (distributor mixup), and that they were expecting a shipment of them to arrive yesterday. Sigh. Should have thought of that! I could've switched colors last week, but I guess there is no point now.
On another front... I didn't even have to contact them about my messed up prints, I guess they figured it out and sent me new ones. I guess I have a lot of good things to say about their customer service at winkflash.com, and I didn't even talk to them.
