Dropped Real Estate Finance
I decided to drop real estate finance.
I won't delay my graduation any longer and the homework was killing me. I was spending 10 hours a week on it and no time for exercise, my other homework, errands, etc. This will be better, but I still have a tinge of regret.
I just need to remember that I need twice the time as the average student in a quantative class. Since I don't need anymore to graduate, why bother?
