Looking Back
Today during lunch we had to pick up our graduation tickets. Reality is finally setting in, high school is over. I remember sitting in my freshman algebra class and listening to my teacher saying, these for years will go really fast so enjoy it. At the time, I didn't believe him. Now that I we are five days from our last day of high school, it's hard to believe that I thought high school was gonna drag. Looking back at my high school career, I can honestly say it went by really fast. I met new people along the way, and grew closer to the people I knew before. Most importantly high school was great because i made the great friends, people I will never forget. Everyday of high school I always told myself that I couldn't wait to get out of here. Looking back, high school was easy, high school was fun, high school was the best four years of my life. Deep down inside all of us seniors, there is a feeling that we don't want to move on, but there is a better feeling of geting on with our lives and on to bigger and better things. There will be people I may never see again, and people I will keep in touch with, and people who will be my friends forever, and that it the best thing about high school, the people. As I look back in the last four years many things have happened to me, things I will never forget, and things that have made me the person that I am now. All the drama, relationship problems, failed tests and quizzes, parties, people I encountered, and friends I have met will be things I will never forget. As i look back, high school was the time of my life.
