Rita is reflooding New Orleans.
Here's the good news (assuming this is considered good news) New Orleans is pretty much completely evaccuated and it's already damaged so the flooding wont hurt it much more.
The storm has downgraded from a 5 to a 3 and it doesn't hit land until tommorow. My guess is that by the time it hits land it will be a 2 or even a 1. It has moved away from it's projected path so it's pounding mostly the already hit areas. The Texas cities are almost completly evacuated so the death toll will be very small if there is one. The Governor and Mayors have taken charge of the situation and are using all the resources necassary to get everyone out.
No one is completly out of the woods. There will deffinatly be significant property damage. But this hurricane wont be nearly as bad as Katrina.
