Weekends ahoy
Mmm I spent Friday morning playing WoW... then Andy came over and we put together my neeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeww computer desk. Thats right kids, I'm no longer sitting on the floor! :D
...I'm sitting in an arm chair that is much too low for the desk instead... but at least its comfortable on the ass :D
Buy chair soon.
Then we went out and met up with Danny and went out for dinner @ Hanabishi on King Street. EXPENSIVE FOOD, but its really nice. I have this immense craving for asparagus right now :P
Anyways, afterwards we went to see DOOM with many of the wwwa peoples. Lol, The Rock. DO YOU HEAR ME SOLDIEEEEEEEEEEEERRR?
Badass indeed.
After that we went home (it was pretty warm Fri night too! 21 degrees C at 12am!) and bummed a bit (no coffee and cake this time!) and Danny stayed over because he is and angel (who lives really far away so it was just easier to stay at my house). Then we went to beeeeeed. My day doesn't sound too tiring, but god damn I was le tired.
Saturday morning, we went for breakfast at the Pancake Parlour! More slightly expensive meals, but again, good food. Pancakes,egg and bacon for me. Sounds odd but it was fairly delicious. Then we bid Danny farewell, went shopping for a bit (where I got to show off my superior knowledge of socks), then went home. Watched a bit of FMA... yes, its old. No I still haven't seen it in its entirity. We're slowly getting there. Then off to get dinner.... this time it was much less expensive! We had Feeeeeeesh and Cheeps. God damn the pieces of fish are big. Lesson learnt, only buy ONE piece of fish between TWO people, no matter where you go. We watched a couple of Naruto episodes while eating. It's kinda funny how I can look at my food, cut it up and put it in my mouth, look back up and not miss the frame change, cause the animation has deteriorated so badly! :D
I really hate filler story lines. WEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKK. Give me Kakashi plz.
All in all, this was one of the nicest weekends I've had in a while... ^__^
Work tomorrow 1-9, then work on monday, 9-5
lovely fucked up hours, but then I have tuesday and wednesday off! Then Thurs and Friday on... and maybe Saturday. I don't remember past that. But yay for midweek break! :D
