Western Blot
So I've run the same damn thing 3 times, and all three times it has failed. The best part, by far, is the fact that each time it fails in a new and creative way. First I had too much crap, second I had some weird bubbles, and today, I had nothing at all. Damn.
Oh well, this weekend promises to be fun, between Beth at home, Mexican with the H/J-dog(s), and sleeping, it should be a good time.
