[So it starts off as video. The comm's tilted, but beyond the little flurry of ash, there's Jasdero and Debitto standing outside. Jasdero's mouth and hands are absolutely covered in the ash, and he's gagging and making strangled noises. Debitto stands behind him, nonchalant as usual, and swings by to give him a swift few pats on the back.
The attempt to clear his brother's throat has adverse effects; Jasdero continues choking, this time barely making any noises. He drops to his knees, and soon falls down. Debitto stares at the twitching boy...
Then Jasdero ceases movement. After a few seconds, Debitto kicks him softly. Jasdero's body just barely moves at the kick.
Debitto's eyes widen... then the boy screams loudly, something between a high-pitched-yet-not cry of anguish and despair.
The transmission times out.]
