I come home this morning and the news that my mom delivers to me is that my ferret Zoey Pepper, passed away yesterday. It was really sudden. Apparently my Dad said he was acting strange when he got from from school so he gave Zoey some corn syrup (ferrets need a lot of sugar and fat, Zoey happened to be hypoglycemic his whole life). Then Zoey was fine and hopping around his usual way, my Dad comes back out like an hour later and poor Zoey is unresponsive, so he drives him to the vet where we took our Emu before she passed away.
Apparently, Zoey had cancer. His spleen was the size of a lemon. He was always a rather round ferret, so you couldn't tell by looking at him. You couldn't tell by his mood either, cause he was ALWAYS happy.
