I have a 5 gallon bucket of ripe ones.
I'll soon have another bucket (maybe two).
I'm sick of making tomato sauce.

Would anyone have a use for them?

I mean: Certainly, I'd be glad to relieve you of your tomato overburden. Wanna do a swap tonight - I'm still getting those little orange ones. Otherwise, I can't do anything til Monday - Weight Watchers on Thursday and we're leaving Friday for the Renaissance Festival.

I was gonna can tonight, but I'm too busy. 8 hours of CE today, followed by Weight Watchers this eve and shopping for camping this weekend. We're leaving right after work tomorrow.

No, we made and ate sauce and then froze the leftovers. I have some tomatoes left, but what I'm thinking is that I'll buy a bushel (or some other quantity) of tomatoes and can them. If you don't have plans one day this weekend, maybe we could do some up.

Did you get the canning equipment I saw up on freecycle a couple weeks ago?

I read about the rats. Have you taken any out to GEICO yet?

I still have a ton of tomatos.
Some are starting to go bad, and some are being used as rat bait. You can have them if you want them.
No I didn't see canning equip! I don't check freecycle enough.

I know this is super old, but what is a saucemaker and where can I get one? I plan on having a ton of tomatoes this year and need to figure out what to do with them; a saucemaker sounds like it would help with this.
