They are growing so SLOWLY! Should I transplant them into their own pots?

I kindof regret putting the califlower and broccoli there. They are putting too much shade on the carrots.

some more tomatoes, next to a water well - those things are great. They keep the temp between 70 and 85 degrees regardless of temp outside.
I need to dress to impress to garden, obviously.
