Divorce
Yay. One step closer to being strings-free. The trial is on the 7th of August. Kinda funny that we are at trial now, when I told my lawyer originally that we needed to go to trial because she was not going to agree on anything. It is time to be done. She is the moving party, so I am waiting on a pre-trial form from her so we can lay out all the issues. Ugh. I just want things split equitably. It's really not that hard. I am almost tempted to stipulate to the last FCS meeting report so we can have one less thing to argue about. As she is the petitioner, and she is in SD, she is the one that has to file everything. Joy. I guess I will have to actually communicate to her more in this upcoming month than I have in the past 13 years. I really dislike this. A divorce is about separating. It shouldn't take this long to get it done. I have caught flak for it, justifiably so from most quarters.
