Hey everyone! The Houston Press Awards have been taking votes for a while now, and it'd be so appreciated if you guys voted for Bojones. The actual show for the HPAs will be on the 24th at the Mercury Room (for more info, visit www.bojones.net). Here's how to vote:
1. Go to http://www.houstonpress.com/musicshowcase/2005/ms2005/poll
2. Register.
3. Write in Bojones for all related categories (ie: Best New Act, Best Rock/Pop, Best Alt Rock, Best Jam/Improvisational Rock, Best Indie Rock, Best Pop/Punk, Best Jazz, Best Blues, ).
4. Vote Nicholas Greer (!!!) as Best Male Vocalist. (write in)
5. Vote Chris Messina as Best Guitarist. (write in)
6. Vote Nicholas Greer as Best Keyboardist. (write in)
7. Vote Louis Messina as Best Drummer. (actually cool enough to have been nominated)
8. Write in Bojones for Best Local Artist of the Year.
9. Write in Nicholas Greer for Songwriter of the Year.
10. Write in Bojones for Album of the Year.
If you guys would seriously just take 5 minutes of your time and fill that stuff out, it could help the band win this year, and it would be greatly appreciated.
