Bah. The MN DoH finally posts a job listing that's actually sort of pertinent (medical laboratory technician 1, vs. human svcs licensor, health program rep sr, or lpn. wtf?), but it's only open to current agency employees. Humbug!
Well, I'll apply if it's still open after the in-agency bid period is up. Technically a step down, but less of a step down than Turtle Bread, and not private sector. Although I'm curious how much that industry job that Hera was talking about paid... "$ = your soul," indeed.
Does anyone want to go with me to see "70 Scenes of Halloween" at the Old Arizona Studio (2821 Nicollet Avenue S) NEXT THURSDAY (the 26th) at 7:30? Thursday nights are 2 for 1 admission ($16), and I need to get out of the house as my parents are having a "meeting".
