(no subject)
Otis had his first bath today!!! it was absolutely adorable, and after the bath we cuddled up with a fuzzy towel and watched cartoons. he is such a spoiled hedgie!!!

also, i was wondering how often hedgies scratch themselves. other animals like cats and dogs are constantly grooming and scratching, but what about hedgies? is is normal for them to scratch with their back legs? last night i could hear Otis scratching three or four times. should i be worried about mites? his fur looks absolutely fine, and after his bath he hasn't scratched at all [but then again it's still day time]. any thoughts on this? thank you. :)
