travel abroad with people i absolutely didn't know, drink legally, be really and truly single for more than a month or two, black out from drinking, seriously modeled

finishing my grad schools apps ahead of schedule, coping with and moving on from the loss of george

my attempt at friendship with george

i got really sick in belize for a couple of days, otherwise things were good

i spent the morning at home, the afternoon and evening in san jose. the primary activity was food consumption

none, surprisingly. i had the opportunity for at least two with attractive guys, but turned them down for various reasons

hmmmmm...i can't remember what i saw

on my actual birthday, i had dress rehearsal for a show then went out to bernardo's with bekah and nina and had wikis. oh, and sarah and ik went out and bought $150 worth of alcohol. on my birthday weekend, we had classy party and trashy party and i had a fantastic time being ridiculous and barely clothed.
31. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
hard to say. i'm pretty much immeasurably satisfied with my life at this moment.

i have never had a "personal fashion concept"

eagle lake and desolation, but they weren't in august
2. What was your favorite summer memory of '08?
man, so many. hiking to the waterfalls in belize, petting a jaguar, living the island life on caye caulker, climbing the ruins at tikal, snorkeling!!, climbing a tree and making out with jack a la step up, that last night at eagle lake where ali and i drank with tracy/john eadie played guitar/the triangulators were absolutely ridiculous/we learned that dirk was potentially a serial killer.
