Французы узнали про оппозицию Омска
Неожиданно обнаружил на просторах интернета свою собственную статью про то, как оппозиция в Омске боролась с режимом в 2008-2010 годах. Правда статья эта в вестнике французских университетов, да ещё на французском языке, к тому же продаётся за 10 евро...
Надеюсь хоть иностранцы могут почитать про то, как было весело у нас в Омске ещё за пару лет до осени 2011 года.

Abstract (на французском языке))
Après un examen des définitions et des principes, passés et présents, de l’opposition politique en Russie, l’accent est mis sur la frontière qui dissocie l’opposition dite de système (officielle) et celle hors système (non officielle). Une courte partie historique est suivie de l’étude du rapport que le pouvoir entretient avec les opposants à l’époque postsoviétique. La réalité sociopolitique est observée à un niveau local, Omsk et sa région, à travers les activités de la section régionale du parti Iabloko et des militants issus de la société civile. L’action de l’opposition se fonde sur la législation - quel usage fait-elle des lois électorales en vigueur ? - et sur des outils politiques - organisation de manifestations, structuration d’un espace de débat, tentatives d’union des forces d’opposition. Les principaux événements ayant eu lieu en 2008-2010 à Omsk illustrent les formes et les méthodes qu’a pu prendre le militantisme de même que les moyens mis en oeuvre par la police politique pour y répondre, l’objectif étant de déterminer les conditions d’existence de l’opposition et d’en dessiner les perspectives.
Abstract (на английском языке)
This analysis of the political opposition in Russia compares its past and contemporary definitions and principles and focuses on the boundary between opposition from within and from outside the system.After a brief look at history, focus shifts to the post-Soviet period so as to shed light on the relations between power-holders and opponents. For this purpose, the social and political situation at the local level is observed in Omsk, where the activities of the regional branch of the Iabloko Party and of its activists have been studied. With respect to legislation, this analysis inquires into the way the opposition can use existing electoral laws. In the realm of politics, the opposition’s various actions - the organization of demonstrations, debates and meetings with other opposition forces - are reviewed. To understand the forms of this activism and the methods used by its supporters, events in Omsk during the 2008-2010 period are discussed, as well as the response of the local political police, the aim being to determine the origins and conditions of existence of the opposition and to describe its prospects.
