I don't really care about this going around again, I just miss the boat the first time. Don't feel obligated ( Read more... )

Again, sorry about the wait. I like to think that your livejournal picture is a dinosaur vomiting.

1. I never thought Cathy liked me. I think I've told her this before. Sometimes, I would start to think that maybe she was okay with me after all, but then it would be right back to feeling like she couldn't stand me or was annoyed by me or something.

2. I think I associate all old-timey country with Cathy. That's probably the most cliche answer I could have given, sorry.

3. ---

4.

(that was the silence of us sitting and staring as we try to learn to open up to people)

5. My first memory of Cathy is from the time Selina had her over for dinner. It was raining and she went outside and played in the rain. When she came in, I offered her a towel or a shirt in case she wanted to put hers in the dryer- or something like that, and she looked at me like I was the dumbest bimbo she had ever encountered.

6. Cathy reminds me of a mermaid. Yeah, a mermaid is not technically an animal, but I don't care. It's because of her hair.

7. Do you know the song "Wilder than Her" and if so, do you like it?

It's always the story about people thinking I don't like them. I wish it didn't happen. Maybe I need to start hugging people all the time or something and sending them love letters. I LIKE YOU MANDY.

I totally don't remember the towel thing. My first memory of you was when you were at my apartment for halloween and your hair was really big. I remember thinking it was cool because you styled it so big. And I remember you were talking boys on your cell phone a lot. I thought - that girl must have a lot of friends.
I don't know that song. Who does it?

my icon also reminded me of a dinosaur puking. But it's a grain machine puking. But I chose it becasue it just looked like something puking and it made me laugh. it's a still from an educational film about grain and farming. (I think you said the dinosaur thing in a post a while back, but I am not sure, so that's why I said that. If it wasn't you that said the dinosaur comment, sorry. ahahha)

This is the same thing Josh said about me. That I didn't like him. I don't worry about you not liking me anymore. Halloween weekend I thought you liked me. Then I stopped thinking that, but now I'm back (to let you know I can really shake it down) to thinking you like me. It's all good. I love wearing my hair big, but it takes so much time. For Christmas, I did it in pin curls and it was really curly and really big and really great!! I might do that for tomorrow. It'll be a real treat. I think I was only talking to one boy I think, but I'm sure he called more than once. I remember that he was wasted and called to tell me that he was walking home from downtown lansing to okemos via the highway. I called his sister to have her pick him up and they found him walking along Michigan Ave. dragging a sand bag. Ha! He wanted to bring the sand bag home with him but the driver of the car wouldn't let him.

That song, I don't know who it's really by, but Dar Williams does a cover. I like it alot. I think you might, but sometimes I know that I like things that the musically elite scoff at. I'll find out who does the original. It might be more your style.

I don't think you ever told me about your icon, but I'm glad to know that you picked it because you thought it looked like something puking.

I don't know dar williams. Aww, musically elite? Am I really? I don't want to be. I just have very strong opinions about what music I like.

you hair looked nice on your birthday. :) why aren't there more ladies out there with big hair on purpose?

Not elite in a bad way. I will give to you some Dar, someday, after I remember to take some time to copy music for people that I have made a commitment to copying music for. Hopefully, sooner than later.

Thank you for your compliment. If it didn't take so damn long, I think more people would walk around with big hair. I would for sure.
