Today's conundrum
When it comes to exporting its laissez-faire form of democracy, the good ol' USA stinks. 'Most everyone outside the USA knows this. Indeed, it's a large component of the perception of the Ugly American abroad.
And yet gets it so right at home? And, at base, that includes John McCain.
