This was supposed to be the customary end-of-year post but due to extreme laziness it is already 8 days into the new year and I have no more mood to properly recap 2011.
In summary, 2011 was rather...boring? Nothing major happened. Highlight is of course the fact that SMAP came to Singapore and Kimura walked right in front of me. Didn't travel much either =(
As usual the first half of the year was tougher than the second half coz of school. Had publiclaw which was crazyy. The textbook could be used as a murder weapon seriously. It's about 6.5 inches thick, hardcover -.- Second half of the year was filled with 'slack' modules and I was free after 12 pm daily.
Summer break wasn't too eventful coz most of it was spent doing an internship which was overall really fun even though I had to wake up super early every morning and work wasn't the most exciting. My fellow interns were really awesome people so I had a good time interacting with them.
Oh yes went for a short trip to Phuket before my internship, and that was about it for summer break.
Singapore had our general elections and that was quite exciting. I watched three rallies I think.
Dramas weren't such a huge part of my life in 2011 as they were in 2010 but here's a list of the dramas I watched in 2011.

After compiling the list I realized dramas were quite a huge part of my life afterall lol. That's like 1.5 dramas a month, on top of the weekly smap tv/radio shows. Maybe I thought I watched less dramas coz I watched very few korean dramas so it felt like I didn't watch much? (Since compared to a japanese drama, a korean drama has like double the number of episodes...) Re-watched Good luck! and Pride, two of my top 5 dramas with Kimura in it.
So today is the last day of holiday and the new school term will start tomorrow ='( Successfully bid for both Mandarin and Korean so good luck to me studying three languages at the same time. I just hope I don't get confused with Jap/Mandarin because I just confidently pronounced the number 12 as "shi-ni" which is like a combination of both languages lol.
New Japanese class started today and the new sensei is a typical cute, high-pitch voiced sensei =) She seems nice but not the over friendly type so should be fine! The pace is crazier now and there's even no more English grammar explanation. Everything is in Japanese and the hiragana on top of the kanji thingy is sparse. 大変けど、楽しい (somehow inspired by smap's softbank cm lol)。
