My Very First Post

Well, what can I say?  I guess I should tell you just a little bit about myself.

Today's my birthday.  I'm 29.  In a year, I'll be thirty!  Whoop-de-fricking-doo.

I live in Southern California and I'm currently working as a desk clerk at a hotel.  I hope to High Heaven that my job becomes permanent there.  I love anime and manga, but basically enjoy

I found you via The Magic Rat's (delaese) LJ. You see, I also watch the F A N S - O F - F I N A L - F A N T A S Y - V I I - Y A O I community, and someone (can't exactly remember who or when) recommended one of her fics, so I went to her LJ and started reading some of them. While I find her fics riveting, what really caught my attention were the gorgeous pictures that were used to illustrate some of the scenes for them. Pictures that were credited back to you. That's how I found your LJ, and I must say that your FFVII pics were among the best I've ever seen. I especially liked the ones with Vincent Valentine, as he's my most favorite FFVII character of all. Sephiroth is my second favorite, with Zack and Cloud tied for third.

My FFVII OTP is Sephiroth/Vincent, so naturally I've added the two pics you did of them to my Memories. Although I kind of like the Cid/Vincent pairing too, it's just that I tend to follow the canon pairings (i.e. Zack/Aeris, Cloud/Tifa, Cid/Sherra, etc.), and Sephiroth and Vincent are the only ones who don't seem to have anyone to pair up with (I absolutely refuse to even think about Yuffie being with Vincent; for God's sake, she's almost at least a third his age!). So I think that they'd go well together, since they have so much in common with each other. Plus, next to Cloud, Vincent is the closest to matching Sephiroth in power, so they'd almost--but not quite--equals, with Vincent being the uke of the relationship, naturally. ;D

Cool!::friends you back:: I used to live in SoCal for many years. The Magic Rat actually made my LJ page for me.I emailed her some fan pics and she encouraged me to get my own LJ and put up more stuff. The FFVII fan pics are a fun hobby for me. I wanted to learn how to color in Photoshop and this was a neat way to go about it.

Yay for another Seph/Vin fan! There just aren't enough fics out there with those two. I like the pairing but not many people in my friends list seem to like it. I will have to do more! I also like Cloud/Tifa, but Cid/Vin is my favorite, so sorry Shera...and Yuffentine just makes me ill. Come by my LJ and say hi once in a while! I don't do commissions, but I do requests when I have time.
