Despite incessant Bush-bashing from the Left and the media, only 13% of Americans blame Bush for Katrina. 13% said George W. What about the "more" section? That isn't so complimentary.

Also, I don't think that three hundred million people can be accurately represented by 609 (not that I blame Bush for Katrina... although I would if I thought I could. Blame him for the hurricane? No, that was an act of nature. Blame him for the lack of preparation? No, that was lack of planning all around. But for slow response and not enough help? Yes, for that I do blame the administration).
