HI CHUCK HI
I had a lovely time with exsequar last night... there was spaghetti pizza, and ice cream, and Atlantis (guest-starring the hooker from god!), and a tiny bit of Ocean's 11 (featuring Josh Jackson as Josh Jackson!) and I got home around 12:30 and read fic for two hours and went to bed, and then I woke up around 12:30 today and have been reading fic for the past two hours, and now I am at a crossroads.
Also? Anne's housemate, Jake, is HEE-larious.
Because on the one hand, I'm off today, and I kind of want to hang out with a friend and clean my room and do all of this lovely productive stuff (including a bunch of compiling for bestofheroes). On the other hand, I have S2 of Atlantis, and my parents are working so the DVD player in their room is free, and today is my first day off since last Wednesday, and it's been kind of a hectic weekend-plus, and yesterday rather sucked until I got to see Anne.
I think Atlantis is going to win.
Oh and! I got my formal housing/roommate assignment for my freshman year of college yesterday! The Roomie, Anna, seems cool. We've been chatting on Facebook. I'm excited. (For those keeping track, I leave for my pre-orientation program in 26 days.)
ETA: So apparently Resonant, who wrote some of my favorite Trio stories when I was in a big Harry Potter phase, has written like a bajillion McShep fics. I've already read, like, three. I'm so happy right now.
ETA Again: TRINITY. Ouch. But in "Instinct," at about 50 seconds in, Disgruntled Townsman with Funny Hair? Is totally Alan Tudyk. Or at least, it looks just like him. HI WASH HI. OOOH, ALSO. Kaylee Frye = best non-evil Wraith ever.
