So after my plans with exsequar fell through, I ate stromboli and mainlined six episodes of SG:A, starting with "Poisoning the Well" and ending with "The Defiant One."
Funniest thing ever: when my friend looks at the screen, sees Teyla, and asks "Is that J-Lo?"
I really liked "Home," because I enjoy mindfuckery of all sorts, and "The Defiant One," because it is all about John and Rodney and their Big Gay Love for each other. I am pleased to announce that exsequar was absolutely right, and Teyla really does get less obnoxious as the show continues, especially once her hair is the same for multiple episodes in a row.
