Well I...I remember hearing about it from a few people here, yourself included.

I wasn't there though. What is so significant about this ship and the people from it?

... its crew was part of the reason we lost our worlds.

[Bryn gasps.]

Does Lord Deior know this?

What does that matter?

Well, if they're responsible shouldn't we be sure he's aware of this information? Any information could be key to restoring our worlds...

You really think this human can restore anything?

Well surely if...if he could bring us all here, he might be able to do something about this. Or know someone else who can.

[He snorts, scornfully.]

Because he was so helpful when our worlds were taken from us the first time.

He saved us and brought us here, didn't he?

[She pauses. Wait a minute...]

What do you mean by "the first time"?

That implies there was something to save us from.

[A snort.]

My world was gone already.

I rather thought the idea was that we were saved from non-existence...

[Bryn exhaled softly.]

I am sorry your world is gone but at least you are among good company?

[After all, wasn't everyone's world gone now?]

I had already been 'saved'! They took me, they took my p--my medic. They left everyone else behind!

Sorry does nothing. It brings no one back -- saves no more lives. No more than 'good company'.

...I'm sorry. It seems I don't fully understand the situation.

Perhaps it would be best if I didn't bother you further on this subject.

No. I guess not.
