MONEY.
This summer has turned out (so far) to be one of the best in recent memory.
three recent positive things involved...
A)Last weekend myself/sean/amy/mariah went out to mariah's cottage
it was probably the most fun I have had in years.
skinny dipping in the ocean under a full moon,
meeting crazy locals
telling jokes till 5 am,
calling brea in amsterdam while drinking around a campfire,
sleeping through the rain, etc.
B)This week it was all about danielle/emily's b-day
I spent the majority of the week stressin' over her portrait/present
till it finally worked out.
she loved it.
she also loved the stripper we got her.
The party was easily one of the funnest I have been to in a while
Great turnout.
C)Working at the bookstore has turned out to be the much needed change I was looking for
getting up early has proved difficult but I'm enjoying it.
But as allways, even though I'm feeling fairly optimistic about my life in general,
it allways comes back down to money.
How am I twenty four years old and still having the same financial problems I had at 16?
debt/rent/bills/food are a buzz kill.
I just wanna read and paint and drink and smoke and go for coffee and go for wings and eat chips and smother myself in chocolate and imported wines and records and fall in love and...
fuck.
it'll probably work itself out
I'll just keep doing nothing.
