Well, the C@P Site's page had 3500 requests thus far. That's not too bad. I can account for half of them myself.
I've distributed a few flyers around Bear River and tried to spread the "Sales and Trade" part by word of mouth as much as possible. What can I do now to make people use it.
I suggest martial law be instituted in Bear River. At that point, I will start a militia, forcing people to use the site, under penalty of small fees.
