Other weekend news
It was dad's birthday on Saturday, so I accompanied him to watch a football match: Darlington vs. Barnet (a clash of League 2 giants - think 3 divisions below premiership!). He is a Barnet supporter - hence the choice of match. We spent a good couple of hours chanting "Bee Army" (they play in black and orange) and singing the following ditty:

We come from Underhill.
No-one likes us, no-one likes us -
We don't care.
It almost rhymes, right? Despite dominating the 1st half, Barnet eventually lost 2-0 to a dubious off-side goal and an own goal.
I am constructing a "Bender" costume for Halloween - it's looking very cool so far and I think I am going to be a sensation at the party on Saturday. Mum's been helping me - I think she's enjoyed it. I have been photographing the progress for a kind of photo-diary.
