The bass was strong and hurt Ed's ears and he just couldn't stop watching how the alcohol in his cup kept moving with the thumpthumpthump piercing into his skull and throwing off his heartbeat, making it beat faster. Maybe he had drank out of one too many of the cups Alex or one of Alex's friends had passed him, but he felt special for being included for once. Slowly he was being accepted into Alex's friend's group, which included getting invited to one of the biggest parties of the year ( ... )
