Kusari! That's not the target! Come on. Don't you want extra rabbit?

[The lizard leaps off the PCD, flapping wings and taking off to land on a straw target, curling up on its head. A sigh can be heard.]You

How is training him going?

It went all right for about fifteen minutes. Then he started getting more interested in shiny things and curling up. We'll get there.

[verdant_lotus]

Well, kunai are shiny things, so maybe that will help? [He grins.] I have not tried training Kiyomi yet, but it looks like a good idea!

[heavenlykunai]

Hm.

[She pulls out one of her kunai and holds it where Kusari can see it from his perch on a hairbun. He sticks his head down, watching it.]

That might work!

[Lee's grin broadens.] You can start him out with shinier weapons, and once he gets used to those you can use your others!

[Tenten laughs.]

Of course! If it works, maybe you could help me teach Kiyomi some? She usually finds a branch to sit on and glares at me when I train...

Kiyomi probably doesn't like that you don't listen to her the way all the others do. But yes. I'd enjoy giving you a hand.

[He ruffles his hair and grins.] Well, I do most of the time, I think. She can be very bossy, and it is usually easier to just let her have her way.

Uh-oh. [Her eyes sparkle; she's teasing.] Careful, she might get used to being in charge, and you don't know if she'll back down.

[His grin broadens.] Somehow I think she was used to it when she hatched.

Probably. She did chirp at everyone. I guess the shinier they are, the more they want to be in charge.

[verdant_lotus]

[He laughs.] That seems to be a good way of putting it. Kusari can be very bossy, too.

Tell me about it. I think he prefers my hairbuns looser so he can burrow in, but I don't care. Even if he nips my ear again.

I feel lucky that Kiyomi only nips at my fingers. Though she usually keeps her tail around my neck to hold on...

He doesn't bite hard. He's just stubborn and will take a bit to teach that he's not always going to get his way.
