*I keep having little flashes of what Lij went through flicker through my mind. I keep ignoring them. Hoping they'll go away. They keep coming back, but not with as much frequency. I'm looking for him, wondering where he went. There's no other place I know he'd be, if not with me or with Dom and Karl. I'm just flying around looking for him. Fuck, what if he's gone again? SHIT*

*I look away from you, not knowing hwat you'll think about this, but I do need to see him. Doesn't mean I want to change anything between us, though.*

//I don't know. I haven't met him yet. If you want to go see him, I won't stop you//

*I squirm myself so I'm practically lying under you, looking up at you, and force a little smile*

I don't want you to feel uncomfortable about that. But he is still my friend, you know.

I know he is. I just can't help being a little apprehensive. I know you loved him first.

And you're a very lovable person, so I don't see how he couldn't love you.
