How about a tutorial!? Eh? Eh? Sounds exciting? Eh? No? Well, I'm bored so here it is anyway!

I generally use PSP7 but this is easily translatable to PS.

01. Duplicate base, set duplicated layer to screen.

02. Fill new layer with #010F2D, set to Exclusion, opacity 54.

03. Fill new layer with #89C7E9, set to Burn, opacity 86.

04. Fill new layer with #E8E4FE, set to Burn.

05. Fill new layer with #E3E3E3, set to Burn.

06. Fill new layer with #9BD9F3, set to Burn, opacity 19.

07. Fill new layer with #F9C9E9, set to Burn, opacity 57.

08. Paste texture as a new layer, I used this by 77words, set to Soft Light.

09. Merge all layers and enhance Saturation.
For PSP: Effects>Enhance Photo>Automatic Saturation Enhancement> Bias: Normal, Strenght: Strong, Skintones present: unchecked
For PS: Image>Adjusments>Hue/Saturation> Saturation: +20

10. Add text, or don't add text, do whatever you want!

And we're done, yay!
