Wow, great writing!! hikarikame October 29 2009, 01:42:21 UTC
I'm a firm believer in the accidental girliness of China [xDD] and JapanxChina, but that was wonderfully written!!

=D Please write more!

Poor China is usually such a woman, I can't help but want to butch him up, hehe. But I'm also I total Asian-orgy-shipper--I recombine the pairings like crazy. :)

Thanks so much for your comments! I'll be sure too. ;)

Hehe, tons... China/Taiwan, obviously, but also Vietnam/Thailand, Vietnam/Korea, Korea/China/Japan, Japan/Taiwan, Hong Kong/Taiwan, Vietnam/Taiwan ... basically any combination. XD

Wow, your writing style is beautiful and intelligent and I think you just made me like a pairing I saw absolutely nothing in before. I don't read much fic, but I think I have to start reading your stuff.

Wow, thank you so much. &hearts

That's high praise indeed, if you don't usually read fanfiction! :)

First of all, your inclusion of Chinese and Taiwanese politics is EPIC WIN. You get a cookie just for that. It seems almost as if some people don't realize the extent of the political battles between Taiwan and China (in real life). But this was awesome!

Ack. Rare!Pairing is rare and I love it! My first fic for this pairing and you just drew me in. Beautifully written! Thank you!

The Chinese Civil War is actually one of my favorite periods of history. I researched it awhile back when I was making an fst for Taiwan, and the headcanon that popped up at the time was too vivid to ignore. :D

I'm glad you think my portrayal of the politics was good; I'm always afraid I might step on someone's toes with my portrayal of Taiwan.

Hehe, these two are my Asian otp. I'm really glad you liked it--this ship needs more love. &hearts

To be honest, I don't really support this pairing but...this is beautiful, =w=.

Thank you!

I hope I sound neutral and measured >.> skelody October 29 2009, 17:26:21 UTC
Hm. This is a very touchy subject, especially for me; you've written beautifully, as always, but because of how personal this is for me, I found it difficult to reconcile the mixture of history and sweet unhistory.

...yep. Hi there.

Well, I don't think I made much secret about what the fic was about or the characters that were involved. I tend to be able to disconnect characters from politics, at least when writing, but I don't mean to offend--I suppose the safest way to protect your sensibilities would be to stay away from fic that delves into territory you're uncomfortable with.

Oh, history doesn't bother me >.> It's just history with a certain degree of license... blah what am I doing ignore this.

Well, Hetalia itself, by definition, is history with a "certain degree" of license.

My point was that all the warnings were there; it was going to be a mature situation involving Taiwan, China, and drug use, so obviously it would be "touchy."
