Soo, as someone's working out and whatever or losing weight, their weight fluctuates right??????? o_o My weight went from 115, to 116.5, to 118, and now to 119.5... T_T Is that supposed to happen? Um... Workout schedule is at least 6 times a week. 10 basic kicks per leg, 130 sit ups, 20 triangular push up thingies (thanks to
grumple_soup), 20 tricep exercises on a bench thingy, and 20 bicep curls per arm. Sooo... Is the reason for my sudden gainage in weight because my fat is going towards muscle? But the thing is I just took a body fat percentage test (see
here) and they said my body's made up of 21% of fat while the last time it was the same.... I think. -_-; I can't see any differences in my body shape though. So... I'm just confused. -_-;
