MEGA AWESOME REUNION
It seems the tribal council has come to a resolution for the location of our 2010 Friendship Summit:
BOSTON!!! The home of Tea Parties, Massacres, the dirty nasty Red Sox, the movie The Departed, and of course, Mr. Donald Murdoch Taylor.
The proposed dates of this summit are Friday, March 12 - Tuesday, March 16. This seems to be the time that we will all most feasibly be able to break away from our adult lives for a few days.
If you need to fly, then I would suggest JetBlue if it flies our of an airport near you because I was finding flights for under $100 roundtrip. For those of us in DC and Philly, another option is the BoltBus, which can be a very affordable and relatively quick way to travel. If you buy your tickets right when the schedule is posted they only cost $1! I'm debating whether to fly or bus there.
Alex, I know your life is kind of up in the air and colin I know you said you won't be able to make it, but since this is so far in advance, just keep the dates in mind in case you can do it. Nick, I know your spring break is a different week, but did you say you could make it anyway? If not, we can rethink the dates. And does anyone know what Elan is up to? Would she be able to make it up or is she living a real life documentary of the Jungle Book?
Also, it sounds like we might be able to slap some bass while we are there which makes it even sweeter.
So, if this all sounds good and you are going to make it please reply "I am indeed down like a clown charlie brown" and if not then please reply "Yeah that sounds like a great plan I'll totally be there" and if you aren't sure yet please reply "I would come but I may have aids that week so I'll let you know"
