im sitting here in the library the night before my last godforsaken final and im listening to this 35 hour playlist i made for more drive home on wednesday and The Revenge of Max Fischer just came on and i really miss A4. like, holy god, those were good times. i credit that band with being one of my main motivations to start writing music. whether that is a positive thing or not is up for debate. regardless, i love/miss me some Anchorite.
Fave A4 moments:
1) first time i saw them at the GGCC on April 12, 2002
2) second time i saw them open for less than jake on April 14, 2002.
3) staying late at flieschman to watch them the night before the SATS
4) noah's apathy vs. A4 battle at Ft. Myers skate park --> specifically when they played the Hey Ya cover
5) when there was talk about all the local bands each recording a separate A4 track for a compilation tribute cd
