Even more fannish pursuits/In memoriam
I want to request something on
eastasianfandomgiftbag and feel like I ought to fulfill someone else's request first. The only fandoms I'm familiar with so far are Fullmetal Alchemist, Tennis no Oujisama, and Sailormoon. Writing Hyoutei... is not one of my fortes, I'm afraid.
fivetimesbb is also tempting in that we can choose to write only 2,000 words rather than 10k like in the usual big bangs. 2k words or 5 to 15 icons. That's not such of a much, right? (Ha)
ANN does an article on the late Shingo Araki. He also worked on Fuuma no Kojirou - no wonder. I spent my time watching that series being amazed at the exact similarity with the character designs in StS. Yes, FnK was broadcast on Indonesian TV. There was a time when a certain TV station happily provided us with a broad array of wuxia and anime series.

. By Aquarius Saints I don't mean only the Goldies. Hyouga and Isaac also count. At this point we know that many of them have eye-related problems (in Hyouga's case, it's voluntary, if that's the word I'm looking for). So the argument is, if Degel suffers damage to his eyes because of the Cosmo increase, does that mean Hyouga will also continue to have imperfect eyesight? Since he's reached the eighth sense and all. This reminds me of my (verrry old) post-TOS fic where he wears glasses, then ditches them because glasses are unbecoming for a Saint. I've been wondering if Teshirogi read that fic T_T
. And if ND's Aquarius Saint also has problems with his eyes, I'll. IDK. Glare at my monitor or something.
. Can we safely assume that Deathtroll - I mean Deathtoll - won't be defeated by Ikki? Or Shiryuu either, because that would be immensely boring. My guess is Ikki will be up against the Leo Saint --> a battle of Leos.
ETA: Ch 37 - Suikyou has arrived at the Cancer Temple, so no, Deathtoll won't be Ikki or Shiryuu's concern.
. Someone recorded the Seiya vs Saga fight in the pachinko game. It's like watching a remake of the Ougon Juunikyuuhen finale. *grins at Morita Masakazu's voice* Just watch the first three minutes or so, then start again from 8.29. Stop at 12.00, then start again at 13.47.
