Via bibliophages: Adventures in Literary Translation. It's more of a compilation of opinions, but still intimidating.
Reading-wise, I ended up picking a legal thriller by David Baldacci. Last legal fiction I tried was The Burden of Proof by Scott Turrow. Didn't finish it because it's centered too much on the main character, which gets tiring pretty quickly.
I signed up for tenifriends. What is wrong with me.
