You know how I feel about Legend of the Condor Heroes. I love a lot of things about it: the straightforward patriotism, the two leads separately and together, Huang Rong's detective work. That having been said, I'm not interested in watching the first part of the iQiyi movies. A story about young Huang Yaoshi and his disciples feels like fanfic to me, and I'm not that invested in the past of the Five Greats to begin with. Give Huang Rong adventures where she solves cases, and I'm in.
