It's been 22 years, after all

Middle school reunions... would be awkward without name tags. Even then it'd be a test of recognizing old schoolmates without checking the tags first. Most girls look much the way they used to; boys, not so much.
(I didn't ask a friend if it was really her on Master Chef Indonesia S1, too embarrassed ^^)

The level of originality that Omega presents has just killed me >.> Just saying.

Why would Mars have Aria taught to play the piano, eh, Toei?

Because Saori played piano, too? >.>; And they feel obliged to make one more girl play, too.

If Eden snaps and goes insane, I'm gonna scream =_= There is only a certain level of originality I can tolerate and they've already crossed it.
And something that has to be said - Mars totally fails as a parent. Medea, too, actually, although she's a stepmother. None of them doesn't really seem to know the kids or understand what they think.

I noticed that Okamoto Nabuhiko has been really popular as seiyuu recently. /*random/

And Kouga also has a sister about which he angsts. At least Seika's not dead.

Huh, I didn't make the connection with Saori. Since it seems to be anime-only, we may conclude Toei is enamored of the idea of a piano-playing Athena,

Mars or Medea don't seem interested in being parents, just to rule earth.

He can do a wide range of characters, from soft-spoken to hot-blooded shounen heroes. That should help. He'd probably get cast as somebody in Omega. Though if he won't, I'm not gonna perish from anguish. I prefer having Tokisada as a Goldie :D

And I forgot about Pegasus' sister. orz

Saori was brought up as a wealthy lady. She had to play piano it seems >.> But... just like you I can't really see the reason why Mars would want Aria play the piano. It only makes his characterisation inconsistent, because he clearly doesn't care about anyone. I bet that Medea will discover this sad truth at some point, too >.>; Also, is it only me or is Medea somewhat similar tot he Pandora we see when the Hades arc begins (in terms of behaviour).

And the kids are good tools to achieve this aim, huh? ;/ It's sad to see how both seek their parents' acceptance and approval and get none (I mean no real one; they are only good if they manage to achieve what they parents force them to achieve.)

Hehehe, noticed that :D I actually like his voice, so I don't mind.

So far, Omega siblings have little problems with each other, not counting Aria's death. Maybe Toei is bored with all those sibling issues in the previous canons :D

Medea as early Hades arc Pandora? I can see that. But I'd rather see her walk away like LosCan Pandora, or die in a blaze glory, rather than die in humiliation.

Btw, I don't mind FukuJun as Ikki, because I can't see MikiShin (someone makes a Gundam connection - Kamiya Hiroshi, Miyano Mamoru, MikiShin are all in the same Gundam series) in the role.

I don't think that sibling issues actually spoilt the plot in the previous canon. Take Kanon and Saga.

I fear she might get killed in a stupid way, quite possibly by Mars who will tell her he doesn't need her any more >.> And this would be the moment when I would actually feel sorry for her. (Why not to incorporate some plot twist, Toei, where Medea works on her own account in order to get rid of Mars and take over the world by herself?)

... no, please, not MikiShin for this role. I wouldn't be 100% satisfied with FukuJun as Ikki, too, but better him than MikiShin, really >.>;

Besides, Kanon and Saga wanted to kill Athena separately. That kept them busy.

Medea works on her own account in order to get rid of Mars and take over the world by herself

Yeah, if only woman archvillains are common in shounen series.

I was thinking Ono Daisuke. Not really my choice, but seems possible enough.

Yeah, if only woman archvillains are common in shounen series.

It shouldn't make us stop wishing for it, though. /*wishful thinking/

I don't think I could take Ono Daisuke seriously as Ikki iif I remember Manigoldo orz. I don't have problems with his other roles, but hahaha... liked his Manigoldo way too much :) Well, for sure we know he won't be voiced by Konishi Katsuyoshi again, as he's already voicing Souma here.

P.S. I read that part about mind control mentioned below and kept thinking - if Mars really could use it, why hasn't he used it before to get rid of everyone who tried to oppose him? Easier solution than simply killing them. So I hope he can't >.>;

Suwabe Junichi would also make a good Ikki... hence Toei recruiting him as Eden.
I pointed out OnoDai because he's good at doing fierce and/or unfriendly. but still endearing, characters (Shizuo in Durarara, Midorima in Kuroko no Basket). Maybe Toei will think along the same lines?

None of Omega's Goldies should be mind-controlled a la Aiolia --> my wish. Of course, there's a lot of shades between honest belief in mars and secretly not trusting him. Use this chance well, Toei.
