So I met with a woman in East Boston this afternoon. Said woman works for a local organization called NOAH (Neighborhood something something something). She said I qualify for up to $20,000 toward buying a home. Yay! This week I am entering a lottery for a condo in the Back Bay. It's an "affordable homeownership" opportunity, i.e. I can afford it by being really financially conscientious, especially with the help of NOAH.
