Toi died of that. My only advice is to love her to death while she's here. Cats can live on very little working kidney. When Sabine starts to move stiffly and can't jump down, then worry. Hopefully getting her pumped back up will let her continue to take care of herself for a while. I wish you luck.

The vet is pretty optimistic that she has years once we get her stabilized. I'm going to just hope that he's right. I'm just scared that she went downhill so quickly, ya know?
