Rachel(amy and ira's kid) was a runner. They might have some suggestions. I know there were many times I watched Hannah and my two kids in the mall playground while Amy took off running after Rachel...

As for the kid leash... you know, I was always anti-leash too. But when we went to disney for the first time, i bought one of the kind that goes around the wrist, just in case. You do what you have to do *shrug*

I don't even think she's trying to be naughty, you know? I think it's probablyjust the desire to explore EVERYTHING without restriction more than a purposeful "i want to do things to make mommy turn that cool shade of purple"

in our house we have decided to use the word "busy." that way zali won't grow up hearing what a pain in the ass she is all the time. :)
