Wouldn't a walk in the park be romantic?

Today I had to go to the Uptown Whittier Christmas parade. Being the gracious and loving sister that I am, I bought my brother and I breakfast, in hopes we'd have some in-depth bonding time, but my hopes morphed into false dreams when he found his lil' friend and ditched me. lol So, I walked around Uptown was in Uptown for a little while by myself, among 30,000 utterly freaky people. But it wasn't too bad, because I had some pleasant thinking time in Melrose and Lovell's. I bought a Cd there, but of course I'm not allowed to listen to it, so Breanna will get it for Christmas, then I can hear it there. lol Anyways, I watched like um maybe 200 bands perform and heard um 400 renditions of Jingle Bells and dancing by um about 600 different cheer leading groups. haha Not a lovely walk in the park on a hopelessely romantic, cold day. ~Call me one and all!~ 562-631-5913

Those flames are peeking over the hilltop
At the place where I saw you dying
When the moon looked upon your grave
And cried until the sunrise

The dead grass screams for mercy under the blood you shed
And the rocks hope the rain to wash them clean again
So much of it you spilled, this crimson red

The earth tears herself apart
And from the cracks of her skin
Comes the fire from her heart

The clouds catch fire and fall to the ground
The grazing cattle turned to ash
This is the last day our years have found
As hell breaks loose from this earthly gash

I wrote you that letter last night
Though I never meant for u to read it
I poured my soul over the lines
Like a cup of water spilled on my desk
The ink of the pen was like the blood of my wrists
After screaming in my mind for so long I think I need a rest

I don't need the agony of this pain constantly on my back
I think I've had enough pain for a lifetime
Can fresh water come from the salty sea?
Can tears of joy come from my eyes of sorrow?
Is anything possible in this life I own?
I really highly doubt it

The night reflects my soul
And the moon gives birth to this dark prince
He's claimed this land for his own
And calls himself king of my soul
AngryDncngMonkey: Now I've been waiting dear,
For you to come save me from this prince of darkness
Prince of lies
No I'm not a damsel in distress,
I'm just a guy who needs your help

Oh Apollo, please don't bring out the sun tomorrow
On your horse drawn carriage of fire
Your wheels leaving behind a trail of flames
But I beg of you to bring it out today!

(yes daniel the credit goes to you)
