It's late and I'm awake!
What better a time than now to update on the past few weeks then huh? That's what I thought...
So school is done for me and I'm very happy about that. It feels really weird though not having any homework or studying to do. I feel kind of lost sometimes b/c I think, "Oh I need to go home and do homework...wait, no I don't. Yeah!" Plus it's weird to say I'm a sophomore in college now, my freshman year went by so fast. I miss all my friends from Millikin already. Jeff called me tonight and we talked, it was great talking to him. He's only been gone a few days and we all already miss him and everyone else. I'm glad at least Brooke lives here so we can still see her. BTW, we went to her house tonight and hung out, it was a lot of fun like always and her dad kept us entertained to say the least.
Other things going on in my life...I got a new car! It's a 2001 Chevy Malibu LS and it's really nice...yes I'm bragging, but I don't care, I love my new car!lol That's all Doug and I have been doing lately, cruising around in my car. It's fun though and Katie and Rachel say it's a cool grown ups car. Then they teased me b/c they said they were getting "old" b/c they'll be 20 soon and I said, "Yeah and I'll be 19!" They were like, "Oh that's so cute, you'll only going to be 19, isn't that funny?" Ha ha girls, really funny.
The past few weeks have been filled w/ a lot of activities. Doug and I hung out w/ everyone at Millikin a lot the last few weeks since they were all going home soon. I feel like we all grew a lot closer together these past few weeks and appreciate each other so much more. There were like 3 days that all Doug, Jeff, Brooke, and I did was hang out at Brooke's house all the time. Of course we'd go to like WalMart or something every once in awhile, but basically we were crashing at Brooke's YMCA as she called it I think.lol She has a kitten now too, named Milo...he is so cute and normally I hate cats, but Milo is a special cat. The first night though I didn't like him too much b/c he just kept attacking me and no one else. Then by the second day we were friends and no more attacks.lol Doug and I have asked Brooke for visitation rights for Milo, we need them.lol Thanks Brooke for letting us crash at your house all the time, we had some great times and I'll never forget the slumber party the first night. I was so scared w/ all the spooky stories and then we just had a great time. "Keep those peepers closed! Teresa!Okay kids how do you spell....." And the best of them all, "You've got a purty mouth fag boey." ~Brooke
Any ways..so much more has been going on, but I'm too tired to type about it all. Most of you were involved in it all anyways so, you know. And if anyone doesn't know, my birthday is in 8 days...hint hint...goodnight!:0)
