No more classes!
Today was my last day of classes at Millikin. In one aspect of it I'm very glad and I was so ready to get out of there. On the other hand, I'll miss that place, seeing my friends and familiar faces. I had a great year there, made some wonderful friends, grew up, and found myself. A lot happened this past year and I'm proud to say, I accomplished my freshman year of college! It went soo fast, I can't believe it's already over. Hopefully the next 3 years will go that fast and I'll be saying, "Look guys, I have a Bachelor's Degree!!!" That will be awesome. So, 4 finals left and then I'm done for school until September. And absolutely no more Millikin for me, yeah!
I thought it was really cool tonight of my boss, she told me I could keep my job even though I'll be away for school. I knew she was going to offer that to Taylor, but she's only moving away to Eastern. So I didn't expect my boss to let me keep my job, especially since I'll be in Seattle. But she asked me if I wanted to be a PT2 employee which basically means you are seasonal help or on call. I said sure and thanks, because that's really generous of her. Meaning if I can come home for Christmas, I have a job waiting for me if I want it...that's cool!
Any ways, I am so ready for the summer. How about everyone else? This warm weather is making me anxious to go outside and have some fun. Anyone ready for the 3rd annual camping trip? How about it Melissa, Tracy, Katie, Rachel, and Doug??? Are you guys ready? Well, no matter what I am and I have a tent and know how to start a fire, so I hope you all join me!lol I can hear the fire going now....ah...!
I need to start studying for this Intro to Modern World exam I'll have on Thursday, I'm no too excited about that. Although, I know I won't want to work on this tomorrow night. Millikin is having some pancake dinner thing at like 10 and everyone is going, so I'm hanging out w/ my buddies tomorrow night. Tonight is devoted to studying...pff..yeah right!
