I've just finished two nighs shifts in the Co-op from 11pm to 6am. In this time I have learnt,
* Shop fitting designers do not take into consideration the new fridges do not actually fit through the door.
* Taking all the cigarettes of kiosk so we can move the kiosk 3 feet to only put all the cigarettes back on again is incredibly DULL.
* Taking all the red wine off the shelves to move the unit so we can fit the fridge through and then putting the shelves back EXACTLY where they were, then putting the wine back on takes 4 hours....and makes you want to cry.
* Builders take more tea breaks than ANYONE I know.
I now have to get up at 5am tomorrow to drive to Nottingham to move my stuff into my new house...I'm really not looking forward to it.
